I have been traveling to the Himalayas with Trans Himalaya Outdoors for 6 years on 5 different occasions. These included Deo Tibba Valley in Himachal, the Dzongri trek in Sikkim to view the Kanchenjunga range up close, the Seven Lake trek in Kashmir, Valley of the Flowers and Hemkund Sahib which included a spectacular view of the Garhwal range from Kamet to Nanda Devi, and most recently a wonderful visit to Ladakh with its gorgeous monasteries, painted mountains and high passes. Trans Himalaya Outdoor always works with the local experts on the ground which ensures that we are contributing to the local economy. Our camps are eco friendly and the service has been generally excellent. The logistics of the trips have been very well planned and The Owner takes particular pride in paying attention to these details. Problems that have come up have been quickly solved. I have been connected to the Himalayas for more than 50 years as a climber, hiker, a spiritual seeker and also as a tourist enjoying her many beautiful hill resorts.
